Top Types Query
The Top Types Query provided with FileWizard
will find the top ten file types.
The query items are file size and file
type. The Result Threshold is set at 10. The result will display the
ten largest file types.
Types Query
The Types query does not use the Result
Threshold, therefore it will show the sizes for all file types.

Since there are too many items for a graph
display, the results are in report format.
Web Cache Query
The results show all files of type htm or
html that were modified in the last 6 months.

File Types Query
The FileTypes query is similar to the Top
Types query, but there is no Result Threshold used.
Therefore, the results will be a tabular
report of all file types on the scanned volume and the space used by
each type.
Top Users Query
This query will return the top 10 users of
space, sorted by size.
The Result Threshold was used to limit the
results to the top 10 users.
Top Folders Query
This query finds the top ten folders by
size.
This query will show the largest 500
folders, sorted by size.
Top Files Query
This query will find the 500 largest files.
The results are sorted by size.
Temporary Files Query
This query is designed to find temporary
files that have not been modified in the last 3 weeks.
The results are displayed in report format.
Owners Query
The question "who owns all these files?" can
be answered with the owners query.
The resulting data is shown in the bar
graph.

FTP Site Query
This query will find all files on the FTP
site that have types pdf,zip, and exe.
Forecast Query
Forecasting the need for additional space is
a key use of FileWizard. The forecast query
consists of file name, size, and creation
date.
The status bar at the bottom of the window
indicates that at the current rate of usage, the drive will be full Oct
5, 2010.
Analysis Query
This query uses query items, file name,
size, owner and access date.
It produces results similar to Windows
Explorer.
